Is there any upper age limit for each race?

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

Who can participate in the Champions with special ability race category?

Participation in the Champions with special ability is open for individuals with the following disabilities: physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopedic or neurological disorder.

It is mandatory to provide the disability certificate issued by a government authority.

Is it mandatory to participate with a Buddy (attendant) in the Champions with special ability race category?

We recommend participants of the Champions with special ability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years and above (born on or before 8th February 2008) as on the race day. The buddy registration is to be done at the time of the applicant’s registration. One buddy per person only is allowed.

Is attaching a passport-sized photograph with the online application form compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with their face clearly visible whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during registration does not match with the race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event.

Note: Uploading unclear/group photo will result in rejection of the application.

Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application compulsory?

Yes, applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card.

Note: Uploading unclear ID proof/ date of birth not available will result in rejection of the application.

Is it mandatory to submit PAN card details, for the donation I made during the registration process?

Yes, for your donation, it is mandatory to submit your PAN details during the registration process. Donors will receive tax exemption certificate on their registered email ID from Agra Sports Foundation.

In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made in case of group registrations?

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of "Synergy Sport"

Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration?

An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking, debit card, UPI and payment wallets.

Can I register for more than one race category at the on-ground event?

No, an individual can apply only for one race category at the on-ground event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Will I get a refund of my entry fees, if my application is not accepted?

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 31st January 2026. An amount of ₹200 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 5th January 2026.

Under what circumstances will my rejected application fee be refunded and how?

1. Once your entry is received, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 31st January 2026. An amount of ₹ 200 will be deducted as processing charges.
3. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her BIB from the ATHM26 Expo.
4. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post-5th January 2026.

Will I be eligible for a refund in case I didn’t pick up my confirmed BIB from the expo?

No, entry fee is non-refundable

Once I have applied can I cancel my application and get a refund?

Once applied, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances.

Can I change my race category once I have applied/my application is confirmed?

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

Will I get a timing certificate and finishers medal for participating in the Half Marathon (21.1 Km) Category/Open 10K (10 Km) Category?

Yes, all finishers of the Half Marathon/Open 10K race categories will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 21 working days from race day.

Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Agra Fun Run (5 km) Category?

The Agra Fun Run race category is a participative, fun run. Being a non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured; timing certificates will not be issued for this category.

All finishers of the Agra Fun Run race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners)

When will I get my application confirmation and how?

Application confirmation will be sent to your registered email id within 10 working days of registering.

Can I register for my friend?

No, an applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

How can I collect my BIB for the on-ground race?

In order to collect a running number BIB from ATHM26 Expo, (Friday, 6th February to Saturday, 7th February 2026)

It is mandatory for all individual participants of the Half Marathon and Open 10K race categories to collect their running numbers personally from the BIB Collection Centre within the Mirchi Get Active Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents in order to collect his/her number BIB:

1. Application confirmation.
2. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.

   NOTE:- In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number BIB on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number BIB on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for number BIB collection:

   • Application confirmation.
   • Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
   • Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

How can a group SPOC pick up all the BIBs of the group from the expo?

Group BIBs Collection: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number BIBs on behalf of their team members. Running number BIBs of the entire group will be handed over at one go of all race categories. Groups need to inform Synergy Sport Team before 1st February 2026 with the details of the group running BIBs. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of number BIBs:

1. Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person
2. Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number BIBs on behalf of the group.
3. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

While registering online, what should I do if the amount is deducted from my account but my transaction status is shown as pending?

On what grounds can my application be rejected or declared invalid?

Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.

1. Incomplete form submitted.
2. Waiver & consent not signed.
3. The applicant is underage for the race chosen.
4. Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft submitted.
5. More than one application received from the same applicant for an on-ground event.
6. Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee.
7. Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid.
8. Running places are full.

Is a Goodie bag available to all participants of ATHM25?

Yes. Goodie bags are given.

Can you post me my Running Number BIB?

No, all participants must come to the expo to collect their BIBs.

Can I transfer my BIB to somebody else or somebody else can run on my BIB?

No, it cannot be transferred to somebody else.

Will I get my BIB replaced in case I lose it, or post a BIB collection?

No, we will not be able to replace any BIB once it has been collected from our end.

Can I register on the day of the event?

No, registration requests will not be entertained after the closure of respective registration dates.

If the BIB is not located, what steps will be taken to address the situation?

In the event of a missing BIB on our part, we will substitute it with a new, unnamed BIB.

Can I run with a pet?

No, animals are not permitted in our events.

Can I run with a child in a pushchair/sling?

No, children {under the age limit for the event} or unregistered participants are not allowed on the course.

Is it possible to register both myself and my ward/spouse from the same system?

Certainly! You can register multiple individuals using the same system. Just ensure that you log out from your previous profile before initiating a new registration. Remember, one email ID can be used to register only one individual.

In the case of group registration, will we be eligible for a refund if registrations are over before the end date?

Yes, groups who have pre-paid will be eligible for a refund for unused codes, minus a 4% processing fee. The refund will be issued by 31st January 2026.

For example, if the total amount against unused codes is INR 10,000, the refunded amount will be INR 9,600.
